Everyone talks about wanting it all.
Freedom. Power. Legacy.
But most people are just… flirting with their goals.
They whisper sweet nothings to success, trace their fingers along the edges of it, but never commit.
They’re out here trying to seduce a million-dollar life with five bucks worth of effort.
And look, I get it. Once upon a time, I was that person too – standing at the edge of everything I wanted, hoping success would throw itself at my feet like a lovesick romantic instead of demanding I actually show up and do the work.
Spoiler alert: it didn’t.
Success is high-maintenance. It’s expensive as hell.
It wants your time, your energy, your discipline. It wants you to strip down, step into the arena, and be fully seen – even when you feel like a fraud, even when you’re terrified you’ll fail.
And yet, so many people hold back. Why?
Because deep down, they’re afraid. Afraid they’ll give everything and still come up empty. Afraid that chasing something bigger than themselves might reveal the parts of them they’ve been avoiding.
Because success? It isn’t just about what you achieve. It’s a mirror. It reflects your relationship with yourself.
Do you believe you’re worthy of greatness?
Do you trust yourself enough to burn the boats and go all in?
Or are you still playing small, clinging to a half-baked plan B, hoping for a GUARANTEED win before you take the leap?
Because here’s the irony… the more you try to “play it safe”, the further success drifts out of reach.
Success rewards the bold.
It
craves
certainty.
Your certainty.
It wants you to move with the kind of energy that says, “This is mine. No backup plans, no hesitation, no half-hearted attempts. I am here, and I am taking what I came for”.
And if that terrifies you, good. It’s supposed to.
Growth is messy. It’s embarrassing. It’s “oh God, did I just make the biggest mistake of my life” at 2 a.m. and then waking up and doing it anyway.
It’s looking at yourself in the metaphorical mirror and realizing, holy shit, I’m the one who’s been standing in my own way this whole time.
It’s uncomfortable. But it’s also where success lives.
I know because I’ve been there.
I wasn’t handed this life. I built it – from the ground up, with nothing but raw ambition and an obscene amount of delusion.
I refused to not be delusional, and I refused to go away – two of my least endearing character traits, according to hundreds of people who’ve hit the block button, yet…
Also the two character traits that changed everything. When I was working part-time for a startup in Copenhagen as the only woman in an office of 22 men, I was delusional enough to look at the owners and decide I’ll be in their position in a few years.
When I started my business and people didn’t trust me – because I was a twenty-something Eastern European who came out of nowhere like a wrecking ball..
I refused for my name to not be known. I was going to be here no matter what.
To do this… I walked away from safety. From “good enough”. From the version of me that wanted guarantees before she leaped. Instead, I bet on myself so hard it made people uncomfortable.
And guess what? It paid off.
Because success doesn’t care about your dreams.
It cares about what you’re willing to do for them. So, the real question is…
Are you just chasing the idea of success, or are you ready to become the person who creates it?
Because success doesn’t do situationships. You either show up like you belong at the table, or you don’t sit down at all.
And when you’re ready to stop playing small?
You know where to find me.
